1 · Software-Klassifizierung

OpenYou.ai (im Folgenden „die Software") ist ein algorithmisches Handelssoftware-Tool. Die Software führt automatisierte Handelsstrategien auf Basis mathematischer Modelle, statistischer Analysen und maschineller Lernalgorithmen aus.

Die Software stellt keine Anlageberatung, Finanzberatung, Portfolioverwaltung oder sonstige Finanzdienstleistung im Sinne der MiFID II (Richtlinie 2014/65/EU) dar. OpenYou.ai ist kein zugelassenes Wertpapierdienstleistungsunternehmen.

2 · Allgemeines Handelsrisiko
  • Der Handel mit Devisen (Forex), Differenzkontrakten (CFDs), Futures, Aktien und anderen Finanzinstrumenten ist mit einem hohen Verlustrisiko verbunden.
  • Gehebelte Produkte können Verluste verursachen, die das eingesetzte Kapital übersteigen.
  • Vergangene Performance ist kein verlässlicher Indikator für zukünftige Ergebnisse.
  • Marktbedingungen, Liquidität und Volatilität können sich jederzeit ändern und die Performance der Software beeinflussen.
  • Technische Ausfälle, Konnektivitätsprobleme oder Systemfehler können zu unerwarteten Verlusten führen.

  • Eignung der Software für spezifische Handelsziele oder Risikoprofile des Nutzers

Die maximale Haftung von OpenYou.ai ist auf den vom Nutzer bezahlten Softwarelizenzpreis begrenzt, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

5 · Eignung & Anlegerverantwortung

Algorithmisches Trading ist nicht für alle Anleger geeignet. Vor der Nutzung sollten Sie sicherstellen, dass:

  • Sie über ausreichende Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Handel mit Finanzinstrumenten verfügen.
  • Sie die mit dem Handel verbundenen Risiken vollständig verstehen und akzeptieren.
  • Sie ausschließlich Kapital einsetzen, dessen vollständigen Verlust Sie sich leisten können.

6 · Territoriale Einschränkungen

6 · Territorial Restrictions

This Software and its associated services are not directed at and are not available to:

  • United Kingdom: Retail investors in the United Kingdom (no FCA approval under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000)
  • Australia: Retail investors in Australia (no AFSL / FFSP exemption under the Corporations Act 2001)

Use of this Software by residents of these territories is expressly prohibited pending relevant regulatory clearance. Users are solely responsible for complying with the local laws applicable to them.
