Kontaktanfragen: bis zu 3 Jahre ab letztem Kontakt, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten gelten
Early-Access-Registrierungen: bis zum Widerruf der Einwilligung
Server-Logs (Cloudflare): bis zu 30 Tage (anonymisiert)
localStorage-Einträge: gespeichert bis zur manuellen Löschung durch den Nutzer; kein Ablaufdatum

Daten können in die USA übertragen werden (Cloudflare, Web3Forms, Google). Alle Transfers erfolgen auf Basis des EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission vom 10. Juli 2023) oder EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO).

Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA) — Hosting & CDN as data processor (DPA in place, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, US adequacy decision under EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
Web3Forms — Receives contact form submissions (email data only; Web3Forms Privacy Policy)
Google LLC — Font loading via Google Fonts API (see section 8)

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

5 · Retention Periods

Contact inquiries: up to 3 years from last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply
Early-access registrations: until consent is revoked
Server logs (Cloudflare): up to 30 days (anonymised)
localStorage entries: until manually deleted by the user; no expiry date
